Financial Policy
Dental treatment is an excellent investment in the overall medical and psychological well being of children and adults. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtain this important health service. Being sensitive to the fact that all people have different needs in meeting their financial obligations, we provide several different payment options.

In office Payment plan for procedures over $500. 30% due on first visit then 4 monthly payments of balance with automatic payment with Docpay. 0% APR

Insurance payment of contracted fees then balance due at time of service or via payment plan
Insurance
Our office will assist you in filing your dental insurance. In most cases, we will accept assignment of insurance benefits of contracted fees and make arrangements with you for the balance of the fee. We will submit claims to your insurance company, if payment is not received after 60 days, the balance due becomes the patient responsibility. We will assist in the billing process, but it is not a guarantee of payment. Please consult with your insurance carrier for details on your plan.
Payment Plan
Our in-office payment plan for procedures over $500 requires a deposit of 30% and the balance paid over 4 months with automatic payment. Payment is either by credit card or checking account. Payments are done automatically via DocPay.
Quality Dental Plan
For patients who are not covered under a dental insurance plan, we provide the Quality Dental Plan. This plan offers discounted fees for a variety of general and specialty dental procedures. Its purpose is to make dentistry affordable so all of our patients can improve their dental health. Click here for more information.
Financing Programs
The office also offers the opportunity to pay your dental bills through a number of specialized financing programs, such as Care Credit and Springstone. It is ideal for co-payments, deductibles, and treatment not covered by insurance. Patients may be pre-approved on the spot for a low-interest monthly payment plan including: 6, 12, and 18 months no interest.
Flexible Spending Accounts (Medical Savings Accounts or Health Savings Accounts)
Flex plans are designed to allow families to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket medical and dental expenses. Flexible spending accounts can be very beneficial and should be used whenever possible
