We will submit claims to your insurance company, if payment is not received after 60 days, the balance due becomes the patient responsibility. We will assist in the billing process, but it is not a guarantee of payment. Please consult with your insurance carrier for details on your plan.
Our in-office payment plan for procedures over $500 requires a deposit of 30% and the balance paid over 4 months with automatic payment. Payment is either by credit card or checking account. Payments are done automatically.
